Brief introduce:

The operator cabins for tower cranes are developed for the crane operator’s specific circumstance, providing driver a safe place, full visibility of operation area and comfortable working environment. With advanced welding and manufacture technics, the walls and frame are accurate measured and get smooth appearance. Door and windows are well sealed and water & shock proof.

Model:

We supply stanard models for tower crane cabin with QSJ1-1, QSJ1-2, QSJ1-3, QSJ1-3H, QSJ1-YM, QSJ1-JP, in which QSJ1-3H is a luxuary cabin. Moreover, we can supply OEM with best soultion for clients' special requirement.

Characters:

• Construction: The front side of cabin has a good view condition.

•Blot joint for cabin bracket and steel construction.

•Insulation: Rock wool with thermo and noise resistance will be inserted into the interspaces of the structure.

•Windows: The windows adopt 5mm tempered safety glass and rubber profile for high temperature and water proof. Push-out window with gas piston system to maintain it open.

•Door unit: The door is equipped with roller blinder, safety bar and lock with key.

•Floor: The floor is made with 3mm steel panels with anti-slip rubber mat on it.

•Painting: Sand-blasting and one coat of prime before fabrication, with total external thickness not less than 210mircons

The cabin is equipped with components as follows:

A ceiling light; a windshield wiper; Roller blinds; safety rails and grilles(footrest); a door locker; a coat hook; a door stopper; an oscillating fan; 

Optional:

Air-con; alarm, fire extinguisher; operator console; joystick and other electrical components, or on client request
